& take shoes off Poll, Muldoon about horses

in morn - , chop hardwood, Griffin

help with horses in morn - then finish

thrash oats, Geroge about cattle 7c, take

straw from Old cellar & put some of it

between ice house doors, bring in beef & pork

leak in river end of flume & at sundries about

Sawmill, Muldo v on not here, George about cattle

&c, saw wood, Griffin do do_____ Lay v fit up

back porch to ice-house, make 2 set hen-nests___

Self take out lever &c, iron hoop it, & put it together again.

6 Tuesday. James about horses in morn - , at sundries in

Sawmill, file up saw & run a cut before

dinner, water horses & put them too waggon, then saw,

Muldoon help with horses in morn - , grind ax,

chop hardwood, George about cattle &c, to

Berry 's with horse-cart, brought back the ram

from Rob ts by dinner at sundries & saw wood___

Self about sundries till dinner, then took

Kate & children in waggon to Rob ts _____

7 Wednesday. James about horses morn - & even g , near

10' o C before he got Sawmill to work, had to

thaw both ends of water-wheel with hot water

Self with tender head since yesterday even g did a few jobs__

8 Thursday. James about horses & roll logs to Mill in morn - ,

help repair flume till dinner, then saw,

Self repair a post of flume till dinner, then at sundries__

9 Friday. James work sawmill, Muldoon about

horses morn - & even g draw up slabs on

stone-cart, help ring pigs, draw 1 load oat-straw

to Cow-loft, George about cattle &c, to Edwards's

for duck-eggs, saw woods, help ring pigs, help

down with oat-straw____ Self put up the

hen-nests, ring pigs, & about sundries_____

10 Saturday. James work sawmill, Muldoon about

horses morn - & even g , draw up slabs, George

about cattle &c, turn grind-stone till dinner,

ride Spring to Rob ts , at sundires & turn stone again,

Griffin came last night, help X-cut dry pine in morn - ,

& then ill, John Tayler help do do in morn - ,

regrind a new ax & about sundries________
