under sawmill till dinner, began to saw, but
had to stop & let out the water on act: of a pin
breaking in works of watergate, pile boards &
help put in new pin, then saw again___
Muldoon wheel serapings of shed to the
heap of horse manure & at sundries___
Peter thrash oats in morn:, draw 2 loads
straw to Cow loft & help wheel some serapings
till dinner, then drive out Ja v me's c v ow ____
Griffin sundries in morn:, help down with the
straw, thrash wheat, kill last roaster____
George steam & mix tatoes, about pigs & cattle___
Self board up under sawmill, make
2 pins for works of water-gate, only put one in__
22 Tuesday. James about horses in morn: work sawmill &
do up horses, Muldoon saw wood in morn:, cart
rubbish from quarry to make road in front of
stable till dinner, then to Rob ts wharf with some
clap-boards & on to the Brewery, saw & split wood__
Peter thrash oats, Griffin feed pigs in morn:, thrash
wheat, George steam & mix tatoes; about cattle
& pigs___ Self bad cold, only look about things___
the girl Elizabeth went off by the Steamer___
31 Wednesday. James about horses in morn: then work
sawmill, Muldoon saw wood in
morn: draw 2 long logs up to mill clean up & put
away oats, draw a load straw to Cow-loft, at
sundries & do up horses, Peter thrash oats in morn:,
help in with logs to Mill, help clean up oats, help
down with straw & about sundries, Griffin make
Kitchen fire, wash & put on the tatoes, feed pigs &
saw soft wood in morn:, then thrash wheat___
George about cattle & pigs &c___ Self oil fanning
mill, mix 2 sorts prov d & look about things__
24 Thursday. James about horses in morn:, resort some
of the Cups in N o 2 cellar, draw a load oat-
straw to Cow-loft, pile some lumber, help burn
Filo & Poll's [mouths] till dinner, then draw Sawlogs
together, Muldoon saw hardwood in morn:,
at sundries till dinner, then draw Sawlogs together__

25 Friday. James about horses in morn:, at sundries &
split large hardwood junks till dinner,
put sawlogs together, Muldoon saw wood in
morn:, clean up wheat till dinner, then
measure & put it in Mill, then draw sawlogs
together, Peter thrash oats, Griffin thrash
wheat in morn:, clean up wheat, help at
sawlogs, George about cattle & pigs &c___

26 Saturday. James about horses in morn:, help in Grist-

draw down a load oat-straw & clean up oats by
dinner, measure & draw'em down, then at sundries,
Griffin sundries in morn:, thrash wheat__ George
about cattle, pigs &c, steam 2 nd time & mix'em___

2 load straw, Muldoon saw wood, shift 20 bags
tatoes from Cellar to old Kitchen, draw down 2 load
straw, Peter thrash peas, help down with straw___
George about cattle, pigs &c, put pea straw 3 o cellar door ___
Self about sundries & rise garden gate , kill an old ewe___
30 Wednesday. James about horses, thrash wheat, Muldoon saw
& split wood till dinner, at do__, Peter thrash g
pea, George about cattle, pigs &c, nail a few slabs
on cattle shed, help up with N o porch___ T.Collins came at 10' o 'C, rip some
clap-boards into 3 peices & [nail] some on long cattle shed
