& plough up to Woodfeild till 4 o' C, then open drils,
Muldoon about horses in morn.., pick up stones till dinner,
harrow tatoe land till 4 o' C, plant tatoes, Peter at home,
Griffin & Dolan pick up stones in Barnfeild till
5 o' C, then plant tatoes, Geroge about cows &e, at
sundries in garden, saw wood ___ Self look about__
31Friday. James saw in morn.., open drills till dinner, saw again,
Muldoon about horses in morn.., harrow land for tatoes,
Peter at home, Griffin & Dolan plant tatoes, George
about cows &e, help plant tatoes ___ Self not well
JUNE 1861.
1Saturday. James saw in morn.., open drills for about 2 hours,
then saw again, Muldoon about horses in morn..,
finish harrow land for tatoes soon after breakfast, then
open drills, Peter at home, Griffin & Dolan plant tatoes,
George about cows &e morn.. & even g .., plant tatoes till dinner,
then about sundries____Self about a few light jobs___
2Sunday. Church P.M. Self walked out in even g .. to arrange with
M rs .. Edwards about coming in__she walked in
via long bridge before dark___Muldoon off to Ottawa
on horse _back at 11 o' C at night for D r .. Hill__
3Monday. James work sawmill, Muldoon got back to
dinner, finish open drills & about sundries, Peter
at home, Griffin & Dolan about sundries in morn..,
then plant tatoes, Moran & Payne plant taatoes
from breakfast time__George about cows &e, cut
some tatoes, wash buggy & about sundries ___
Self took M rs .. Edwards home in buggy about 11 o' C, then
down to John Mayor's with a note for M r .. Bridges, got back
to dinner, took D r .. Hill in buggy to Berry 's __ file & set millsaw_
4Tuesday. James work sawmill & cut a few tatoes in even g ..,
Muldoon about horses in morn., plough N o .. side
Old Pigfeild, Peter at home , Griffin & Moran plant
tatoes in morn.. draw logs to mill till 11 o' C, at tatoes
again till dinner, then cart stones off S o .. side Creekfeild_
Dolan help with logs to mill & pant tatoes, George ill_
5Wednesday. James help catch lambs & at sundries in morn.., help
cart stones for an hour or two, dig hole & help at
post for gate of Creekfeild till 5 o' C, then saw___
Muldoon about horses in morn.., harrow oats in
Old Pigfeild & help at stones till dinner, then plough
in Creekfeild for oats, Peter at home, Griffin help
catch lambs & turn over cups in morn.., saw oats, cart
stones, fasten in gate-post, Dolan finish tatoes in
morn.., pick & pile stones on new meadow in

Moran help finish plant tatoes in morn.., help

Self cut lambs in morn.., fix up a post with a

6Thursday. James saw till dinner, help cart stones & take
out a stump in Creekfeild, Muldoon about
horses in morn.., plough do__, Peter at home__
Griffin & Moran finish stones in Creekfeild,
then brand up stumps, Dolan pick up stones
in 16Acrefeild & fill up some stump-holes in
Creekfeild__George hoe paths, to M rs ..Bridges with
asparagus, about cows &e ___Self rig g .. up gate__
7 Friday. James plough oxen in Creekfeild till breakfast,
saw till dinner, then at sundries & pile lumber__

pile of branchs into woods, take out stumps___
