John & family off by the boat, Self at sundries about the

19Tuesday. James & Griffin at drain, Muldoon at stumps

in morn.., stop up arch of bridhe &e, court 7 or 8

loads of stones down old hill for the fence, Peter at stump

in morn.., help repair dam against stone bridge, cart

2 loads gravel to near end of the bridge & about sundries_

George about cows &e, about sundries in garden__

Mat .. Collins came at breakfast, grind his hatchet,

sq r .. up a piece maple for crank_hinder, prepare

scant g .. & boards for garden fence___ Self see to things,

prop old gallery roof & take down half the gate____

21Thursday. James at garden fence field 10 o 'C, then bind & stake

wheat, Muldoon at drain in morn.., help bring

the colts home, then bind &e, wheat, Peter at drain

in morn.., bring the colts home, then cradle wheat__

Griffin ill, George about cows &e, twice to the

post, once to Berry 's, & about sundries in garden__

Collins finish rip plough's for gallery & began to plane 'em_

attend to Armstrong removing Polls for_shoes_

22Friday. James at garden fence, Muldoon at sundries &

then at drain, Griffin at garden fence till 11 o 'C,

to Berry 's to see about the flour till 11½ o 'C, at sundries in garden__

Tooly came at noon, went at the stumps__

23Saturday. James & Muldoon to the woods in morn.., for some

cedar posts, turn some wheat & bind up 1 stake,

then at drain till dinner, then do_ and do____

2 hours & grind the scythe till dinner, then cradle

& help stake, Griffin at drain till do_, bind wheat__
