2Thursday. James about sundries in morn.., in Gristmill till near

11 o 'C. then plough in Barnfield, John about sundries,

make a baster & help carry some stones from river for

side jam under tatoe boiler, Tom not here____

Self help fix steps to back_sheephouse in morn.., work

Gristmill & at sundries till dinner, in seach of shingles in eve ng ..__

3 Friday. James about sundries in morn.., then plough in

Barnfield, John about sundries till breakfast, then to

Aylmer , Tom not here____ Self at sundries in morn..,

out shooting till dinner, then to Berry 's & on to [J.] streets___

4 Saturday. James about sundries in morn.., finish plough in

Barnfield S o .. side drain soon after breakfast, then

plough in Old Pigfield S o .. side drain, John about sundries

in morn.. put Tom across the river, began to take

out tatoes about 11 o 'C, ___Self put a fore_shoe on

Spring & about sundries till dinner, hoist flag, fire guns__

5 Sunday. Church A,M, Ralph did not come, Self & Con.. out riding__

6Monday. Hames about sundries in morn..then plough in Old Pigfield, John about house in morn.., then at tatoes,

then to Armitage's for shingles, John about

in morn.., rig up tatoes steamer & stopg.. a leak in water_pipe

till dinner, then fix up bars of fattening pigs yard & at sundries___

4 o 'C, then at tatoes, Paye & O'Neil at tatoes,___

Rider at tatoes___Self butcher a lamb & at sundries

till dinner, then repair a trough to fatten Spring pigs__

John about pigs & steam tatoes, then at do

till dinner, then about sundries & at tatoes again,

Payne at tatoes, O'Neil not here__ Rider tatoes_

Self at sundries in morn.. finish repair pig_trough

& at sundries till dinner, refill ash barrel & to Berry 's

with horse cart for beer & to settle acts.. Con.. with me
