24 Wednesay. James
Muldoon & Peter grind scythes during rain,
began to mow peas about 5 o 'C__, G v riff v in at home__
George about house & sundries__
Welsh X-cut posts & put on 2 foot peices__
25 Thursday. James help place posts & string peices__
Muldoon & Peter mow peas till dinner,
then cradle & bind oats___ Gr v iffi v n came afternoon,
but no work, Geo v rge after his Cow till dinner,
then at sundries___ Welsh at posts & stringers__
Self returned about 11½ o 'C__; in even g rode to
John Street 's round by Allen's______
26 Friday. James at dam till 10 o 'C, bind oats till 3 o 'C, then
make timber for dam, Muldoon mow peas,
bind oats & house peas, Peter cradle oats, repair
stukes &c, Griffin mow peas & bind oats, Payne
mow peas @ house peas, John Breen bind oats from
about 11 o 'C__, George about house &c, turn some peas
& lump up some__ Welsh at dam________
27 Saturday. James to woods for timber in morn - , & draw down
a peice after breakfast, then help fix posts & stringers,
Muldoon help out with timber in morn - , bind wheat
till 11 o 'C. then house peas & wheat, Peter cradle Scotch do ,
help bind & stuke it, Griffin mow peas till 11 o 'C, then
help in with peas & wheat, Breen mow do do then
bind & stuke wheat, George about house &c, pick up &
burn old shingles aff Church , put peas in heaps__
Welsh at dam___ Self put new handle in ax in morn - ,
then make new finger for cradle_____

29 Monday. James help fix timbers in dam, Mu v ldo v on
