26 Thursday. James & Muldoon about horses in morn:, then at drain, Peter saw hardwood in morn:, then at drain, Griffin not here, Muprhy saw soft wood in morn:, then at drain___ George about cattle &e, & at sundries about house__ Self salt pigs heads &e, & about sundry jobs__ M rs Mac: here rendering lard, & killing poultry__

27 Friday. James about horses in morn:, get water &e ready for washing harness, give carriage barrels to coats oil & about sundries in even g , Muldoon about horses in morn:, draw wood for himself_
Peter saw & split wood, bring 2 boxes of sand from sand-pit & about sundries, Griffin not here, Murphy saw wood in morn: thrash oats, George about cattle &e, wash harness till noon, at sundries till dinner, make morter & point inside of workshop___
Self about sundries_

28 Saturday. James about horses in morn:, help
get out double sleigh & harness horses; then
give single harness 1 coat of oil; varnish it & carriage do_, Muldoon about horses in morn:,
draw wood for himself, Peter saw & split both
sorts of wood, carry in water from river &
mill-dam, Griffin not here; Murphy thrash
oats, George about cattle &e, make morter &
point his house, inside part____
