measure up Bl k Sea, put chaff & snow out of
log barn, thrash oats; George about cattle &e,
help clean & measure up the wheat, & at sundries__
Self to Aylmer in cuter till 3 o'C dinner, then
stow away wheat, weigh flour, look about things__

21 Saturday. James & Muldoon about horses in morn:,
fall & X-cut 14 sawlogs & 1 oak log; Griffin
thrash oats till dinner, saw wood & at sundries;
George about cattle &e____ Self & Mary to Ottawa
in cutter to be at Charley's wedding, took Mary-Anne
to Aylmer; we remained in Ottawa over night.

22 Sunday. Church P.M. Self & Mary got back to dinner,
brought Mary-Anne back with us; _______

23 Monday. James & Muldoon about horses in morn:,
make a rollway, & lay up the 14 sawlogs & 1 oak_ Griffin thrash oats; George about cattle &e,
help weigh some wheat for sale, saw wood
& about sundries____ Self see about things &
weigh wheat till dinner, then to Aylmer in cutter__

24 Tuesday. James about horse in morn:, draw in Rob t 10
the 14 pine logs & the oak log, & 1 pine log
off the old roll-way; Muldoon about $5 __ 50 of__
horses in morn:, help load the sawlogs
& chop hardwood; Griffin thrash oats; $11 __.. of
George about cattle &e, saw wood & at sundries___
Self to Williams' forge with iron plough till
dinner, then to Aylmer in cutter______

25 Wednesday. James about horses in morn:, help do up
pigs &e, saw wood till dinner, help of Old
down with the oats, then turn grindstone__
Muldoon about horses in morn: fodder the
cattle, clean up oats by noon, draw 'em down,
then grind the axe tempered by Charais___
Griffin thrash oats in morn: clean 'em up
by dinner, then about sundries; George at
home____ Self at act s & do_ till dinner,
then stow away oats, file 6 foot X-cut & 1 buck saw_
