29 Monday. James cart a load oat-straw to cow-loft in morn:, then off to work on road with horse-cart; Muldoon & Toolie at sundries in morn:, then on road; Griffin help with straw in morn:, saw wood & weed wheat till near 11 o'C, help in Gristmill; George ill till dinner, hoe corn & at sundries__ Self at sundries & to Streets with Doll till near 11 o'C, then grind wheat &e
30 Tuesday. James, Muldoon & Griffin at sundries in
morn: then work on road, also horse & cart__

8 Wednesday. James, Muldoon, Toolie weed carrots, pull wild mustard & repair the fences blown down by the storm; Griffin not here; George about cows &e, weed garden & patch the fence__ Self at sundries till 9 o'C, to the forge & back to 4½ o'C dinner. Spring
9 Thursday. James weed carrots in morn: then to Aylmer_ Muldoon & Toolie finish weed carrots soon
