James plough for an hour, then take out his tatoes; Muldoon at home; Toolie thrash wheat & Moran thrash oats in morn:, then both dig & bring in carrots; Griffin dig in garden till breakfast, then at carrots; Casey about sundries in morn:, help at carrots; George about pigs &e, kill a roaster, & about sundries___ Self make a small bin in N o 3 cellar____

29 Thursday. James plough in 16 Acre-feild; Muldoon not here; Tooly at home; Griffin & Casey saw wood till near 9 o'C, take out tatoes for George till noon, look after the cow I got from Major for some time, then Griffin to Bessborough for a cart-load of sand & Casey saw wood; George about pigs &e, steam tatoes, & about sundrie Self look about till 10 o;'C, then get ready & off at noon to Ottawa in buggy, took Arab with me_____

30 Friday. James finish plough pea-stubble in 16 Acre-feild about then plough in Old Pigfeild No side; Muldoon & Casey taking in their tatoes; Tooly at home; Griffin make mortar & point George's house; George about pigs &e, steam tatoes, mix 'em & about sundries_ Self & Arab in Ottawa____

31 Saturday. James about sundries in morn: thrash wheat for a while, then plough 4 o'C, then to Edwards's with horse-cart to bring in some things from Ottawa; Griffin thrash wheat, clean it & oats, cart down oat-straw & to Brewery in Smith's boat__ Muldoon help clean up wheat & oats, cart down oat-straw & about sundries; Tooly at home; Casey saw wood & about sundries; George about pigs &e, steam tatoes & mix 'em__ Self & Arab left Ottawa about 11 o'C, got home about 4 o'C__

James finish plough N o side Old Creekfeild by dinner, then cart bark form yard to King's bridge; Muldoon & Casey about sundries in morn:, then dig a drain in garden_ Griffin do_ do_ till 9 o'C, help in Gristmill till dinner, at sundries till 3 o'C, then help at drain; Tooly not here; George about pigs &e, kill last of the roasters, steam tatoes, mix 'em & about sundries___ Self look about till 9 o'C, work Gristmill till dinner, weigh flour, take off bolt g clothe____

3 Tuesday. James cart bark &e form gard up to King's bridge_ Muldoon about sundries in morn: deepen drain down Old hill, carry stones in to garden for drain, Tooly not here; Griffin kill a lamb, pipe do " do_ with stones Casey about sundries in morn:, cart stones to garden gate, help carry 'em in & cover drain; George about pigs &e, do a little to garden__ Self look about till 9½ o'C, looking at the hardwood bush till dinner, to Luton in buggy in even g , Mary also_

4 Wednesday. James finish cart bark &e from wood-yard, then cart some gravel to cow-yard gate; Muldoon draw wood for George ; Griffin about garden drains; Tooly about sundries & dig drain out-side garden fence; Casey help at drain & saw wood; George at wood for himself_ Self look about till 9 o'C, then to the forge in buggy, dined at Parsonage.

5 Thursday. James & Tooly thrash wheat in morn:, then dig out leaks in dam; Muldoon thrash peas in morn: cart some stones for drain outside garden fence & cart earth to dam till dinner, then fill in earth, Griffin thrash peas in morn:, then about drain down Old hill; Casey about sundries in morn:, then do_ do_ do, do; George about pigs &e, steam tatoes & mix 'em___ Self repair g mill-dam__

6 Friday. James repair g dam; Muldoon cart g stones & earth up Old hill for drain & cart earth to dam; Griffin about the do_ do_ drain & clean up drains in garden; Casey at home; Tooly about dam till diner, then clean up drain on road__ George about pigs &e, steam & mix tatoes__ Self at dam__

7 Saturday. James about dam; Muldoon cart earth to dam till 3 o'C, then open line to drain in Woodfeild; Griffin make morter & point workshop; Tooly & Casey about sundries in morn: then at drain on road; George about cows & pigs, steam tatoes & mix 'em___ Self at dam till dinner
