James at dam in morn:, cart dung with Spring to Woodfeild, Muldoon cart earth to dam in morn:, then began to cart manure, Peter sundries in morn:, help load manure, Griffin repair stone floor of sculler y & at sundries about it & Old house, George about pigs &e, steam tatoes, mix 'em, do some work in garden__ Collins put up long studding at end of house, began clap-board g __ Sinclair pick g millstones, Self about sundries___

23 Tuesday. James cart manure with Spring, Muldoon cart manure with oxen till dinner, then earth to dam, Peter help load dung & split big logs till dinner, then at dam, Griffin fill in tan-bark & at sundries till dinner, at tan-bark again___ George about pigs &e, steam tatoes, mix 'em; & do some work in garden___ Collins planing clap-boards & clap-boarding___ Sinclair finished stones about 10 o'C, did nothing more, stopped dinner off by the boat___

James to M c Mertree's with waggon for tan-bark, left at about 7 o'C, did not get back till 8 o'C__ Muldoon at Tracy's bee, Peter cart earth to dam, till noon, then cart manure, Griffin at sundries in morn:, help at dam, load manure, saw & split wood, George about pigs &e, kill a roaster, fill steam-box & at sundries___ Collins plane g clap-boards_____ Self at repairs in flume at end next Gristmill___

25 Thursday. James unload waggon & at sundries in morn:, cart 1 load manure, then help Self in lower flume, Muldoon cart dung with oxen, Peter cart dung with Spring__ Griffin fill in tan-bark, help load do_ & about sundries__ George about pigs &e, steam tatoes, mix 'em, weed g asparagus beds, churn__ Collins clap-board g end of old house___ Self take down both water-gates in lower flume to repair the corner___
