in even g ; Tom & Jackson repair river fence in morn:, then bind wheat; George at sundries in garden & about house___ Self at sundries & turn peas till dinner, then draw off coal-oil, take a sleep, then to Brewery in even g __

26 Saturday. James at sundries in morn:, quarry drain till about 10 o'C, then house oats, wheat & peas; Tom draw drift wood for George in morn:, bind wheat for a start, cart in oats, wheat & peas; Tooley finish cradle do_ in morn:, cradle oats till near 10 o'C, then quarry drain; Jackson at sundries in morn:, finish bind & stuke Scotch wheat about 9 o'C, fill up stump-holes in new land; Griffin at sundries in morn:, then quarry drain; George at sundries in garden & about house, help lump up 1 load peas & stow it away_ Self at sundries & see too things till about 10 o'C, then help stow away oats & wheat__

27 Sunday. Church A.M. Self & Kate drove to Luton in after n _

28 Monday. James at home; Tom at sundries in morn:, grub up young pines in West-feild & bind oats till dinner,
then cart in oats & peas; Tooley quarry drain in morn:, thrash wheat, fork off a load peas; Griffin at sundries
in morn:, off to get his boots repaired till dinner, then house oats & peas; Jackson at sundries in morn:, help
at young pines & bind oats till dinner, at the pines again; George at home, ill, came to churn, got beans & tatoes for dinner___ Self repair a flail, stow away oats &e____

29 Tuesday. James at home; Tom, Griffin & Jackson grub up & pile young pines, Tooley thrash wheat; George at sundries in garden & about house, to the wharf with horse-cart at noon__ Self took Mary-Anne, Emily & the Baby to Berry's in buggy, John, Constance & all of ‘em off home_

30 Wednesday. James at home; Tom chop & pile young pines till dinner, cart in wheat & peas; Tooley help
ring pigs in morn:, clean up wheat & cart in wheat
till dinner, chop & pile young pines; Griffin help ring
pigs in morn:, help clean up wheat till near 11 o'C, then
house wheat & peas; Jackson help with pigs in morn:, then at young pines; George weeding in garden & at sundries about house____ Self ring pigs in morn:, at sundries & turn peas till 10 o'C, see too housing wheat, gather peas__

31 Thursday. James at home; Tom to the woods for a load cedar riders till 8 o'C breakfast, then pull out young pines with oxen; Tooley grind scythe & X-cut some dry

till dinner, wheel earth on bridge going up to

at young pines till dinner, bind &e oats; Griffin ill;
George about sundries____ Self poke about till
10 o'C, to Streets & Berry's in buggy till dinner, take
a sleep, put on bolt g cloth, paint caps of hen-yard fence__

2 Saturday. James at home; Tom cart down 3 loads wood
from new land, then pull out & pile stabs in
Ws corner; Tooley, Griffin & Jackson grind up &
pile under-brush; George at sundries & help in
Gristmill till noon, split wood, churn & about sundries again____ Self work Gristmill for about 2 hours A.M.

3 Sunday. Church P.M. Wm Berry & Anna
